Subscription Policy

AUTOMATIC RECURRING CHARGES: By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to continue until you cancel.
1. AUTOMATIC BILLING
You authorize Elaria Beauty to charge your payment method automatically on the frequency you select (every 2 weeks, monthly, every 8 weeks, or quarterly). Charges continue until you explicitly cancel.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Subscriptions are NOT cancellable within 24 hours of charging. After charging, you may cancel effective the next billing cycle.
3. CANCELLATION IS SIMPLE & FREE
To cancel: Email info@elariabeauty.store with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject. No forms, no calls required. Cancellation is FREE and takes effect within 48 hours.
4. FAILED PAYMENTS
If payment fails 3 times, your subscription is automatically cancelled. You must update your payment method or resubscribe.
5. NO CHARGEBACKS
YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES WITH YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER. Filing a chargeback will result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent refund ineligibility
- Account blacklisting
6. PAUSING & MODIFICATIONS
You may pause for up to 90 days or modify frequency/quantity by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing date.
7. PRICE CHANGES
We may increase subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
8. REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
NO REFUNDS for already-shipped subscription orders. You may return unopened products within 30 days for 50% refund minus shipping.
9. COMPLIANCE NOTICE
This subscription complies with FTC Negative Option Rule: Clear terms before enrollment, simple cancellation by email, no penalties for cancelling, and no billing after cancellation.
10. LIABILITY LIMIT
OUR LIABILITY FOR SUBSCRIPTION ISSUES IS LIMITED TO $100 USD OR AMOUNT PAID IN PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
